We are seeking a motivated organized punctual experienced individual that has a positive attitude to handle record keeping customer service and general office duties. If you're a detail-oriented individual with good computer and phone skills then we'd like to hear from you!

Job Duties: Assisting and supporting the efforts of the department. Maintain database of store contact information. Prepare daily inventory reports. Work closely with management team to prepare for meetings and store visits. Handle overflow customer service calls. Assist in scanning and filing of customer service documents. Other general office duties assigned by management. Responsibilities

Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong organizational skills. Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Internet Software. Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group. Must be able to provide excellent customer service with a sense of urgency. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Must be able to work minimum of 40 hours per week. Our office hours are from 7am - 5pm, can be flexible with schedule but must meet minimum hour during times of operations
