SAIC Jr RF Scene Generation Engineer in EGLIN AFB, Florida

Description

SAIC is searching for a Jr RF Scene Generation Engineer. Our team needs talented individuals to create and configure hardware and software tools for testing advanced radio frequency (RF) sensors. These test capabilities must present RF signals to sensors that duplicate the real-world in real-time. The successful applicant will have great curiosity, motivation, and knowledge of a wide variety of topics, including physics, circuits, RF environments and computers. This job will provide the successful applicant with the chance to work on cutting edge technology and to make a real difference in the security of the world, today and tomorrow. This role will provide onsite support at Eglin AFB.

Qualifications

Successful candidate should have the following:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Physics

  • 0 - 2 years of experience with programming skills in C/C++ and Matlab

  • Familiarity with electrical/RF test equipment

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with a team

  • Ability to learn new skills and expand on them through individual study

  • Ability to multi-task and come up to speed on new tasks quickly

  • Able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance

Desired experience/skills:

  • Circuit analysis

  • Advanced computing

  • RF technology
