Job Title: Sr. Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a seasoned Sr. Electrical Engineer to develop and maintain designs of high-voltage AC and DC systems and controller equipment. The ideal candidate will drive the creation of requirement specifications, functional diagrams, system layouts, drawings, control algorithms, communication interfaces, and software program logic. You will develop, improve, and optimize electronic or electrical designs for AC (480V) and DC (1500V) Systems, ensuring familiarity with Power Systems including transformers, inverters, breakers, fuse & cable selection. Responsibilities also include maintaining design information within a structured revision control system, leading Design Verification Testing for subcomponents or full systems, supporting certification efforts under standard organizations like UL and CE, developing and executing test procedures for product verification, troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, conducting Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) on large DC systems, and driving the creation of product and process documentation. The role may require interfacing with customers or suppliers in a technical expert capacity.
