·You will join the Housekeeping team as a Supervisor.

·You enjoy supervising and delivering front office operations smoothly and efficiently, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

·Are you an ambitious hotelier, with experience leading a team ? Do you have passion for exceptional customer service, excellent communication, coaching, and problem solving skills? Then this is the job for you!

·Ensure that all team members are fully equipped with the tools, skills, behaviours and knowledge required

·Organise the department and team to ensure an efficient and effective shift

·Spot check quality standards on a daily basis and provide feedback / take corrective action 

·Be environmentally aware 

·Dispose of waste accordingly 

·Carry out lost property procedures 

·In conjunction with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Executive Housekeeper ensure that the team to deliver optimal levels of productivity in line with forecasted activity

·A full time Housekeeping Supervisor will work 5 days per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays. However the role is available part time as well
