Our Clients & Brand team is seeking interest for a Vice President to join the team. This role will lead our Employee Practice Area and be a member of BIW Strategic Planning and Resource teams. This role will report to our Sr. Vice President, Clients & Brand. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead our Employee Client Services Team to develop on target solutions, deliver great customer experiences and improve top and bottom-line growth for BIW. Guide proposal development to create winning solutions for our prospects and customers. Work with the team to develop RFP responses that differentiate BIW and win competitive RFPs. Innovate new, compelling solutions for our customers in this market. Actively engage in the discovery, design, and delivery of solutions, including extensive customer involvement. Subject Matter Expert for BIW in the Employee Market. This will include an understanding of employee market buyer needs, industry specific insight and competitive intelligence. Collaborate with all business units as well as BIW Technology, Life Sciences/Healthcare, Automotive, Sales/Channel and Customer Divisions. Recruit, hire, train, and coach associates. Lead the development and implementation of marketing for the Employee Practice. Contribute to BIW corporate strategies and leadership as acting member of Strategic Planning and Resource teams. Manage P&L for department. Skills & Abilities: Proven leadership skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strategic vision paired with ability to get things done. Drive change within BIW to meet customer needs. Ability to attract, retain and grow great talent on the team. Understanding of P&L management and ability to drive profit. Education/Experience Required: BA/BS degree. Ten years of business and team leadership experience. Understanding of the Employee market.
