The Participant Engagement Specialist will work with program participants and manage program activity. Roles & Responsibilities: Outbound calling projects to participants to educate them on the program and get them to enroll and engage. Answer inbound Customer Service emails and respond to participants via outbound call or email. Educate participants on the process of earning points. Resolve inquiries through in-depth research of accounts. Provide accurate tracking of participant responses. Assist with special projects Education, Knowledge, and Experience Required: 2 plus years of business experience; in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or related role highly preferred. Strong communication, both written and verbal. Strong PC knowledge and experience with spreadsheets Positive attitude. Attention to detail.
