Adamas Building Services is a specialty company providing property managers with White Glove Services for ALL your property needs 24/7. With a full complement of services for residential and commercial luxury properties, you can count on Adamas to exceed your expectations.

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Security Guard with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Jersey City, New Jersey location.

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.

Schedule: Thursday Friday 11pm-7am

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.

  • Making guests aware of rules that must be adhered to

  • Contacting the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.

  • Reporting to supervisors on a regular basis.

  • Recording any suspicious activities to the supervisor.

  • Patrolling private residential properties and areas, safeguarding against illegal activity, including theft, loitering, trespassing and vandalism

Requirements

  • MUST POSSESS A VALID NEW JERSEY SORA.

  • Must be capable of handling variety of serious responsibilities.

  • Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by their employer.

  • Must have clean criminal/police record and drivers license.

  • Must have positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests.

  • Must devote their time and focus in securing the vicinity of the venue by inspecting people who wants to enter the venues premises.

  • Must have the ability to respond to any emergency situations.

  • Must be able to answer some basic questions about the vicinity or neighborhood and also wear a complete uniform.
