Our client, is seeking a Tax Manager to join the firm. In this position you will work with the corporate accounting team and the firms external tax firm to manage the global tax compliance function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high quality and growing firm. The position requires 5+ years tax experience with an emphasis in federal and state tax regulations, monthly tax forecasts and transfer pricing charges, and filing indirect tax returns. Requirements • Demonstrated experience of 5+ years in a corporate tax role, preferably within the sports industry

• Proficiency in corporate tax compliance and related regulations

• Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex tax laws and regulations

• Advanced proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required

• Certified Public Accountant or similar certification is highly desirable

• Demonstrated ability to strategize and implement tax planning initiatives.
