Volt Software Engineer (C# Developer) in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Software C# Developer Needed! This global manufacturer in Minnesota is searching for a software developer for an estimated 12-month role. This Software Engineer should have broad information systems experience and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills. What do You Need To Be Successful?

  • Several years' experience as a senior developer with specific programming languages, such as C#/C++, Java or Visual Basic and .NET.
  • Designing and creating engineering specifications for software programs and applications.
  • Working with quality assurance to develop software test plans.
  • Collaborating with hardware engineers to assess and test hardware and software interaction.
  • Implementing a specific development methodology and documenting software specifications.
  • Experience with C# experience, developing, writing code in C# various database technologies experience. Examples are SQL, MongoDB, SQLite, Access.
  • You must be able to talk about performance tuning and demonstrate that you understand what designs and implementations affect performance in database.
  • Experience with tools to assess performance.
  • Has experience in Queries and making changes to the database side of projects.
  • Developed/coded products that have been released to customers, not just IT and specifically written C# code for these products.
  • Experience working in an Agile development process in teams with other developers.
  • Experience writing unit tests for your code and answer questions on how you test your code before pushing it for production.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.

This is a full-time, estimated 12-Month, hybrid role in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
