Genesis10 is seeking a Facets Systems Analyst for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Facets Systems Analyst to support data conversion and integration efforts for our Facets system implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to document technical specifications, business rules, and data mapping to facilitate data conversions from legacy systems, as well as support ongoing integrations and reporting initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Document technical specifications, business rules, and data mapping to support the conversion of data from legacy systems to Facets. Planned conversions include: Veteran enrollment Provider Referral Claims history Credit balance Create technical specifications and mapping documents for new and existing integrations with Facets. Develop technical specifications for new and existing reports and fulfillment items. Deliver comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, data mapping, and a new technology component inventory. Required Basic Qualifications: Proficiency in SQL for writing queries to analyze data and define requirements. Experience eliciting detailed requirements from subject matter experts and translating them into written specifications. Proven track record of supporting system implementations. Strong understanding of common data conversions, integrations, reporting, and/or fulfillment for payer core administration systems. Expertise in technical writing, including creating detailed technical specifications and data mapping documents (source to target). Knowledge of the healthcare domain, particularly in areas such as enrollment, provider, and claims management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Facets system and a strong understanding of its data model. Familiarity with healthcare payer systems, especially in the context of system conversions and integration projects. Comprehensive technical specifications and mapping documents. New technology component inventory to support system integration and conversion projects. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-$93.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
