Description We are in the process of recruiting an Associate Operations Coordinator, based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States. This role revolves around the coordination and execution of various operations within the company, primarily focusing on customer service, communication, and office functions. The position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, granting the chance to contribute significantly to the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy at all times

• Maintain and update customer credit records, adhering to company policy and standard operating procedures

• Proactively respond to customer and carrier requests, providing relevant shipment information and creating orders as required

• Activate and manage shipments, including building loads, assigning loads, and scheduling appointments

• Track and trace shipments, entering events and invoicing as necessary

• Validate the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards

• Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts, escalating questions or requests when necessary

• Ensure customer satisfaction through diligent follow-through on customer or carrier requests

• Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs to perform tasks efficiently

• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality service

• Foster an inclusive work environment, valuing diversity and promoting creativity and innovation for business growth. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and communication skills

• Solid understanding of office functions and operations

• Experience in training staff on procedures and company policies

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage invoices efficiently

• Familiarity with quality control and shipping functions

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to execute tasks as per standard operation procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in a call center environment is preferred

• Ability to contribute creativity and innovation for business growth

• Knowledge of discrimination laws and affirmative action plans

• Experience in data loading is a plus

• Strong commitment to uphold company policies and procedures

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
