HOURS/DESIRED SCHEDULE Wednesday (8 hours) Every other Saturday overnight Flexible schedule PAY \$14.13 per hour \$207.45 per overnight TASKS Spending time with the youth in your home or the community Assist youth in building life skills Assist youth in building confidence and independence Personal cares BENEFITS Positive working environment/responsive employer Job satisfaction by making a HUGE impact in someone\'s life REQUIREMENTS* Authorized to work in the U.S. Criminal/Caregiver background check Compassionate individual with care experience preferred Valid driver\'s license required Reliable transportation w. ability to transport child *Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN\'s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker.
