JOB REQUIREMENTS: Catholic Charities\' Journeys Program is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Support Specialist serving the Southcentral region of the state. Within this position, the Support Specialist will plan and facilitate family fun events and supportive opportunities, provide program outreach, and offer information and referral services to individuals and families who have been impacted by adoption and/or other types of out-of-home care. You will be a part of a state-wide team providing similar services throughout the state through the Wisconsin Family Connections Center, a contract funded by the State of Wisconsin Department of Children & Families. There will be some travel required in Madison and surrounding areas for this position, as well as occasional evening or weekend events.
