JOB REQUIREMENTS: Install doors, frames and door hardware. Install and troubleshoot electrical door hardware such as hinges, locks, exit devices, electric strikes and operators. Evaluate appropriate installation/service requirements for each job. Follow product installation instructions for proper installation of new material. Work independently on installs or repairs. Coordinate and communicate with customers, Mangers and Sales group on new and existing orders. Represent the company in a professional manner to meet customers\' expectations. Attend internal and external training to increase product knowledge of the door and hardware industry. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 1-2 years of carpentry and/or construction experience. Welding experience of light gauge material preferred. Valid driver\'s license with good driving record required. Physical ability to lift heavy items and work in various work conditions. Perform minimum physical demands as outlined in attached sheet. Ability to read a tape measure required. Ability to understand and operate power equipment and electric hand tools. Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Some travel and overnight stay will be required.
