FirstService Residential HR Training Intern in Eatontown, New Jersey

Job Overview:

As an HR TrainingInternyou’llbe responsible forassistingthe Training and Development team in all aspects of Associate Training including managing and presenting training sessions and administration of trainingitems.

This program runs from June 11 th through August 16 th and will be a full time, in-office paid internship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provideexceptionallevel of service to our associates by answering questions, respondingquicklyand following up on information neededin support of the training department
  • Assist Training team with presentation and administration of all virtual and in person training items
  • Assistwith assigning newassociateonboarding and training. Tracking quarterly required training, and providing communicationsregardingtraining across entire region.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • College Student entering their Junior or Senior year with a focus in Human Resources or General Business
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.

Compensation:

$18.00/hour
