As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate,you’llbe responsible forperforming daily tasks related to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations of the AccountsReceivable Departmentand our clients.ÂÂ

Â

Your Responsibilities:Â Â

  • Post charges, credits, returned payments andpaymenttransfers asappropriate onownersÂ

  • accountsÂ

  • Handle the posting of deposits to accounting systemsÂ
  • Review, research and respond to emailsÂ
  • Process closings (sales, resales, foreclosures, bankruptcy etc.)Â
  • Update andmaintainowner information in theappropriate systemsÂ

  • Process name changesÂ

  • Add and/or edit owner addresses in theappropriate systemsÂ
  • Other duties as assignedÂÂ
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions for the roleÂ

Skills & Qualifications:Â Â

  • High School Degree or equivalentÂ
  • Experience in accounts receivable related bookkeepingÂ
  • High levelof attention to detailÂ
  • Possess anddemonstratestrong customer service skills and interpersonal skills, including clearwritten and oral communications whilemaintaininga professional demeanorÂ
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.ÂÂ

  • Proficiencyin computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windowsrequired.ÂÂ

  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.ÂÂ

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision,and others.
