IntelAssist HR - Training and Development Specialist in Eastwood, Philippines

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 PHP

Work Setup: 100% onsite

Location: 19th Floor, CyberOne, Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1800 Metro Manila.

Shift: Tuesdays to Fridays 5AM to 2PM, Saturdays 5AM to 12PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies for employee engagement and learning that align with business objectives.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in assessing program effectiveness and making data-driven decisions.

  • Creativity: Innovative approach to designing engaging and effective development programs.

  • Empathy: Strong understanding of employee needs and the ability to create supportive and inclusive programs.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change effectively

  • Ad-hoc task.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or a similar role.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing successful employee engagement and training programs.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Has background in using Canva

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
