Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collate all the raw data from different projects and departments regularly. Then develop and maintain consolidated reports in Power BI. The Reports

  • Analyst will be the go-to person for all reports including operations, HR, IT, admin, recruitment, procurement, inventory and employee demographics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.

  • Generate visual reports for clients that demonstrate actual performance vs. the target.

  • Maintain existing reports as well as monthly and year-to-date summaries.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data used for reporting purposes.

  • Provide accurate and timely data analysis to stakeholders.

  • Identify patterns in the reporting and suggest optimizations.

  • Plan, develop, and manage data storage and retrieval systems by applying generally data models, standards, and processes.

  • Deliver ad hoc reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data science, computer science, or business intelligence

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on Power BI

  • Strong understanding of data analysis principles and techniques

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with other data analysis tools is required
