Actalent Project/Program Manager I in Easton, Pennsylvania
Description:
The RSR "rural sub rural" Field Support team is looking for 5 Project/Program Managers to support the Operations Readiness Testing and Sorter Testing at newly launching sites for the Sub Same Day SSD Rural Super Rural RSR business lines. The PMs will be onsite conducting testing and leading a team of 6-10 Operations Managers to complete testing of modules and processes. The PMs will need to be able to travel to a site from Mon-Fri 2x per month starting in May and possibly ramp up to 3x per month to support launches in Q4.
The PMs will report to a team lead and will be trained in the testing process. Will be given checklists to follow during the testing process. All escalations will be to the Team Lead. The travel required will only be regional to the PA site.
Travel to sites to lead teams in the testing process.

Work Environment:
Fully Travel Role, Fly to site Monday, fly home Thursday/Friday. Travel 3 of 4 weeks per month
Daily – 8-4 schedule or so
Meetings – stand up for first few weeks – more of a hands on training to get up to speed
Daily check in and daily duties
Ext/conversion – would be looking to extend convert if they are the right fit
