We are looking for a motivated Sr Manager, Contracts Negotiation - Cell Site Leasing to support T-Mobile's network siting and construction process. In addition, successful job candidates will be able to provide advice and counsel to network leadership and their teams. What you'll do in your role. Review, draft and negotiate a variety of complex real estate contracts and related agreements, including cell site leases and amendments, assignment and assumption agreements, bill of sale agreements, easements, cost share agreements, etc. Support continuous improvement of legal tools, processes, procedures, and controls to drive efficiencies and scalability. Cultivate strong working relationships with business managers and their teams to develop trust, partnership, and alignment on balancing business goals with legal considerations. Develop an understanding and a curiosity about the operations, goals and pain points of the business. Co-create and lead presentations and training sessions for clients, as well as provide assistance on content creation (e.g., PowerPoint, spreadsheets, etc.) for T-Mobile attorneys, network development teams and vendors to establish standard processes to drive consistency and efficiency across functions and regions. Effectively and efficiently work with other T-Mobile subject matter experts, legal teams, outside legal counsel to solve problems. Demonstrate independence when weighing risk with business or regulatory goals in assigned area, as well as create short and long-term goals to minimize company risk. Bachelor's degree Minimum 5-7 years of experience structuring and drafting technical and commercial transactions.
