Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively perform a wide range of day-to-day HR functions for 125+ employee manufacturing operation.
  • Drive effective and engaging communications while building relationships across work shifts.
  • Participate in defining and prioritizing strategic HR goals well planned tactical steps to success.
  • Serve as a thought partner, problem solver, and advocate of outstanding communications and employee relations to the local and corporate leadership teams.
  • Propose, design, and implement well designed HR policies, processes and initiatives to meet local needs while supporting a vision of best practices across Star-Cutter businesses.
  • Employ best in class recruitment processes and tools to drive timely full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding for a range of positions employees across the organization.

Education and Experience:

  • Three plus years of experience in HR.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing team is welcomed, but not critical.
