Overview

Scope of Responsibilities: Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

Job Summary: Supports the marketing and sales efforts of ProAct, Inc. Coordinates the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for ProAct under the direction of the Director of Creative Services and Marketing. This position will assist with the creative development and maintenance of marketing piecesincluding, but not limited to, sales collateral, marketing campaigns, infographics, e-mail marketing campaigns, social media outlets, and marketing web pages.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining an understanding of market forces affecting top line revenues.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a solid understanding of both ProAct and primary competitors' value propositions, products and services, and customer-facing technologies.

  • Maintaining day-to-day marketing operations as well as monitoring and prioritizing workflow, schedules, and budgets.

  • Responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with vendor partners, not-for-profit agencies, business partners, etc., to promote and further the goals of ProAct.

  • Strategize social media efforts to build ProAct’s presence and connect with business partners as well as clients and their members.

  • Coordinate the purchasing/logistics of ProAct marketing materials and collateral.

  • Assist sales and marketing teams with operations or internal tasks.

  • Responsible for identifying trade show/community event and sponsorship opportunities that will gain access to a broad customer base. Help evaluate costs and benefits of each event and develop selection criteria and recommendations.

  • Assist with creative concepts, graphic design, layout, and art production for marketing initiatives.

  • Work with the team to determine the best methods to visually represent our brand and increase brand awareness/credibility.

  • Assist with the formation of print materials, direct mail, digital advertisements, and special event collateral.

  • Support the Account Management, Sales, and Clinical Pharmacy departments with requested design projects.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of public relations and marketing communications.

  • Organize and maintain marketing files (electronic and hardcopy).

  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A thorough knowledge and understanding of graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud is required.

  • General creative thinking and idea generation skills.

  • Business acumen with understanding of how job responsibilities advance departmental goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to perform accurate detail-oriented work, the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population, and strong interpersonal skills are required.

  • Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities.

  • Cross-functional project management skills, self-starter, and accustomed to leading projects with little supervision and collaborating well across different disciplines.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum: Associate’s Degree

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation

$21.00-22.00 per hour.

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
