Huth Technologies is a recruiting and staffing group that focuses on placing professionals that specialize in engineering, project management, business operations, and mid-level to executive management who support Manufacturing, Energy, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review client job descriptions to successfully understand the needs of the hiring managers. Daily
  • Identify top-performing candidates through creative, professional, and ethical recruiting methods for open technical and professional positions. Daily
  • Interview candidates via phone, in-person, and/or video conference to assess their qualifications. Daily
  • Follow up with candidates to maintain and improve relationships and build credibility. Weekly
  • Present candidate to hiring manager through professionally written correspondence. Daily
  • Maintain client/candidate database. Daily

Qualifications:

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Products and MS Outlook (or similar email application).
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-Starter/Proactive.
  • Strong written verbal business communication skills.
  • Ability to learn a broad range of technical skills.
  • Previous outside sales, inside sales, or customer service experience is a must.
  • Previous 3rd party recruiting experience or outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree in business or related field.
