Description
Essential Functions
Identify and respond to potentially life -threatening rhythm changes, assist with codes and record rhythms during codes. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology of heart in relation to waves ,complex's time and voltage as shown through rhythm monitoring and strip interpretation. Care and maintenance of cardiac equipment. Communicate appropriately and clearly to charge nurses, co-worker, physicians and family members.
Qualifications
EKG Certification-Telemetry Experience of at least one year within the last three years in comparable job classification-Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification which must be maintained-Current BLS certification which must be maintained-High School Diploma or equivalent- Phlebotomy Certified
PAY RATE $25.00/hr to $27.00/hr depends on experience
