Bear Mountain Health Care Full Time Nursing Scheduler for LTC in East Longmeadow Experience is needed to be considered in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts
Chestnut Hill is in search of an Experienced Nursing Scheduler.
2 years Experience in LTC Nursing Scheduling is Required to be considered.
The Nursing Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining the Schedule, Completing Attendance reconciliation and reporting.

The nursing scheduler will prepare staffing schedule and updates as necessary.
Determine a 2 week rotation that an employee with be workoing within the master schedule.
They enter daily missed punches to update PPD report by 10:00 am.
Print daily staffing sheets from Smart Linx
Meets with DNS to discuss, go over schedule daily.
Tracks attendance
Enters sick, vacation and personal time if available
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma
· Previous scheduling experience is a MUST within LTC
· Experience with scheduling and/or time clock software preferred
· Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Word, Outlook
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Solid verbal and written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills
