Michigan State University(MSU) Professional Aide Project Pay in East Lansing, Michigan

Position Summary(Basic Job Function)

This is a project pay position. Provides professional support. Responsibilities may include general business, science, medical, agricultural or other professional support functions.

Unit Position Summary

This position is for event performers/musicians to perform in a variety of private, public and University performances.  Other duties include

playing and/or singing for studio recordings and live audiences by reading sheet music; rehearse for performances when necessary and travel to venues when required. 

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge equivalent to one to three years of experience performing with a professional ensemble or band; able to sight read music; willingness and dedication to practicing often; knowledge and skill equivalent to a undergraduate music degree program.
