Position Summary(Basic Job Function)

This is an on-call position. Provides food service, custodial, grounds maintenance, general labor or other main support on an on-call basis.

Unit Position Summary

This position will perform cleaning and maintenance activities; understands and gives verbal or written instructions; reads chemicals, biological and radioactive warning signs; removes snow with shovel and blower, retains training information required for custodial, methods, equipment, and products; works with student employees and communicates and interacts with the university community; acceptable cleaning standards using appropriate methods, products and equipment.

Desired Qualifications

Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds required, occasional lifting of 50 pounds.

Knowledge of basic personal computer terminology and operations; ability to use email and the Internet.
