Position Overview:

The P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join its Fighter Mobility team as a Program Analyst on the F119 SPaRE Program. This position provides the candidate with a unique opportunity to interface and work with the Program Management Office and Engineering.

While in this role, the ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis used in the execution of the Military Engines Programs. The candidate will become an integral part of the F119 program management team, providing analysis and recommendations utilizing Earned Value tools and methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and integration the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) / Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR) process on F119 SPaRE and AMNS programs.

  • Ensure EVMS compliance over all aspects of Program Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).

  • Promote data integrity by properly controlling and monitoring EV systems (wInsight, Dassian, etc.).

  • Actively support CAMs in monthly Cost and Schedule Reviews and drive complete and accurate contractor Estimate-At-Completions, Variance Analysis, and robust Risk Management practices.

  • Drive sound EV data/systems analysis to increase reliability of spend projections for PW financial planning.

  • Support Program Management Office (PMO) and CIPTs/CAMs in flow-down activities.

  • Monitor change accuracy and ensure flow-down control compliance.

  • Prepare and analyze Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) data-calls, conduct IBR CAM interviews.

  • Timely follow-up and disposition of various government/P&W requests.

  • Drive application of ACE/CORE Tools & Process Improvement in support of the program team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration are preferred areas of study, and 5+ years of finance, accounting, project or program management experience, OR, an advanced degree with 3+ years of finance, accounting, project or program management experience required.

  • 2+ years direct knowledge and application of EV process.

  • Strong analytical and trending skills – high proficiency of MS Excel is expected.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented.

  • General understanding of and openness to continuous improvement principles (e.g., ACE/CORE).

  • Demonstrated effectiveness working across functions, organizations, and various levels of management.

  • Comfortable executing under pressure in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor.

  • Knowledge of specific program management tools (i.e. SAP, wInsight, Dassian, and Primavera).

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
