Drive business process redesign, planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations between systems to improve the process. Drive strong relationships with NA business by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members. Drive discussions with various levels of NA business stakeholders. Identify and help develop services offerings and provide technical guidance and support for MuleSoft & Talend Integration implementations. Liaise with MuleSoft & Talend Product support teams to support project implementations. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team on the initiatives to simplify/migrate the middleware landscape. Drive a product mindset and drive global template development model for global implementation. Validate solution components, lead technical guidance and provide guidance to the project manager for key issues/risks to the project. Create and own user overall Integration & Data flows for Integration initiatives and support the Technical Solution Leads from the Salesforce Hub (CoE). 10%international and domestic travel is required.Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems or Information Technology and 2 years of experience in a Project Manager position leading integration platform projects. Experience must include: designing and prioritizing business requirements and capabilities; designing, optimizing and integrating business processes across disparate systems; leading large software product projects through the full project lifecycle; designing, developing and deploying APIs using integration principles; and utilizing Java, Linux, Mulesoft, and Talend. Telework permitted within commuting distance to worksite.
