Purpose: To provide both telephone and front entry coverage fielding incoming calls and greeting visitors. General Responsibilities: Monitor, greet and assist the entry and exit of employees and visitors Receive and direct telephone calls utilizing both a console switchboard and paging systems Prepare and disseminate weekly office supply orders Prepare and post daily invoices for mailing Assist various departments with projects as needed Prepare, post, and sort the incoming and outgoing daily mail Knowledge and Skill Requirements: General knowledge of ACC products Knowledge of Microsoft Word Basic computer skills Communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills Education and Experience: Must have minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent 2 years administrative office experience with a willingness to be flexible, cooperative and professional General Competencies: Adapts to change, open to new ideas and responsibilities Perform tasks with a computer.
