Zero experience is necessary - will train the right candidate. As we provide comprehensive training in all aspects of our refinishing services. After training, you will have the opportunity to work independently, driving to job sites in a company vehicle, interacting with clients, and completing work to a high standard. This job offers the chance to work with your hands and see the tangible results of your efforts. It does require physical effort as equipment must be carried into residences, sometimes up and down several flights of stairs. There is also an odor associated with the oil-based coating we apply. However, the satisfaction of transforming a worn-out bathtub or countertop into a like-new surface is well worth it! We serve both commercial and residential clients, so a pleasant demeanor and good communication skills are essential. Please note: The key to a successful refinishing job is proper preparation, not painting. If you have an eye for detail and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect job for you. Punctuality is essential as our customers expect us at a specific time. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer compensation and benefits. During training, employees receive \$25 per hour. After training, compensation is commission-based with the average being \$900.00-\$1,100.00 or more.
