Brockton Hospital Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts

Signature Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time, Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our practice conveniently located on Route 18 in East Bridgewater. The Nurse Practitioner will be a part of a seasoned team of providers in our state-of- the-art facility offering a variety of new services to the area including Cardiology, Dermatology, Laboratory, Nephrology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Primary Care, Radiology and Walk In Urgent Care. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the Supervising Physician while also practicing autonomously to provide excellent patient care with an emphasis on safety and quality. The Nurse Practitioner will provide a full scope of primary care services, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance.

  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner program

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred

  • Must have current valid Massachusetts licensure, Massachusetts CSR and Federal DEA

  • Experience preferred

  • Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
