IT Associate Developer, Business Application Systems (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid role. The first three months are fulltime in the office.

Our Team

Under general supervision, responsible for participating in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications. Developers are assigned to project teams within an assigned business unit or corporate department and utilize a variety of Business platforms

  • Analyzes business / technical and related issues to formulate and develope reports, dashboards and analytical tools on Power Bi Platforms
  • Revises existing reoprts, and procedures and use appropriate tools to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, and storage.
  • Reconciles user requirements with existing and/or projected computer capacity, capabilities, and performance.
  • Coordinates symbolic statements (process and data models) of problems into appropriate specifications for coding computer systems, identifying functions to be programmed, information processing techniques used, and data representation.
  • Uses project management techniques to ensure on-time product delivery and to meet client goals.
  • Prepares documentation and may conduct program tests and correct reporting errors. Analyze system’s capabilities to resolve questions of reporting standards, output requirements, input data acquisition, and programming techniques and controls.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience

Experience :

Minimum of zero to three years of related experience.

Have handled Power Bi projects before.

Compensation and Benefits

Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $71,830.00 to $79,810.00, plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with your experience. Check out the career site for an overview of our benefits.
