Job Title: Operations Coordinator - School Support

Job Type: FT/Salaried, Non-exempt (eligible for OT)

The Operations Coordinators support the JostensPIX (JPIX) Operations and Sales teams with preparation and execution of the JPIX School Picture Day events. We need team members with amazing customer service skills to support this fast-growing division.

YOU WILL:

Support.

  • Assist the JPIX teams with any operational or support activities to meet and exceed customer expectations

  • Establish and build relationships with school contacts, utilizing a phone first approach

Deliver.

  • Provide pro-active customer service to schools, sales reps, and internal partners​

  • Manage new contracts/schools and participate in the renewal process

  • Provide excellent customer service to schools, vendors, and internal partners primarily through phone calls, as well as email communications

Strengthen.

  • Responsible for accurate, immediate decisions based on real-time information to adjust resources as changes occur

  • Build relationships with key customer resources

YOU HAVE:

  • 2-4+ years customer service experience

  • Experience with handling inbound and outbound calls

  • Creative problem-solving skills with ability to have difficult conversations and de-escalate stressful situations

  • Extremely strong attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment

  • Above average verbal and written communication skills

  • Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Comfort with technology and learning new software applications

  • A flexible disposition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs

  • Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related area or equivalent experience

  • Experience and interest in photography (preferably school photography)

  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of scheduling or logistics
