About the Role This roleprovides finance leadership and business partnering support for the Chief Product Office and collaborates extensively with the Executive Leadership Team and senior stakeholders, including Product Managers, Designers, and Editors. In this opportunity as Manger, Sr. Manager - Business Finance and Partnering, CPO, your key result areas are to: Enable the success of the Product organization by becoming a 'trusted advisor' to Product leaders and senior stakeholders Champion the success of the overall DISG organization through sponsorship, standards setting, and enablement Lead cross-functional collaboration with counterpart-finance teams (e.g. Engineering, Go-to-Market, EPC, etc). Provide financial information, analysis, and insight to senior business leaders and help them maximize attainment of their goals Research and anticipate broad business needs, patterns and apply current and emerging best practices to lead the business forward Review operations and expenses to support overall decisions regarding margins and key business objectives Provide support to Forecasting, Annual Planning, Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting and Strategic Business Planning processes. Facilitate and co-own finance process transformation, including in complex areas like Royalty About You You're a fit for the role of Manger, Sr. Manager - Business Finance and Partnering, CPO if your background includes: 12+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years of experience in Business Partnering roles Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by complex business challenges Commercial and Customer focused Collaborates with teams located in Global Centres and across time zones. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and conflict management skills. Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills Communicates difficult and complex concepts effectively to finance and non-finance stakeholders Gathers analyses and presents complex or sensitive information for discussion with senior levels of management Leads significant projects, programs and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity MS Excel expert, User level (advanced) understanding of financial / management reporting tools - SFDC, SAP, BO, Smartview, OBIEE, MS Access, OneStream / Hyperion and automation tools.
