Our Management Trainee Rotational program is designed to attract college graduates and immerse you in our key functional business units (Warehouse, Operations, and Sales), while assimilating you into our DHL culture. You will gain a broad understanding of DHL Global Forwarding s products and services, and your role as a Certified International Forwarder. During this program you will gain hands on experience in various rotations to include: Warehouse operations (2 months), Air/Ocean EXPORT Operations (6 months), Air/Ocean IMPORT Operations (6 months) and Sales (1 month). At the completion of this rotational program (15 months), you will be placed into a leadership or professional level role based on availability and suitability. The long term vision for the traditional management trainee is to grow from role to role so that you can accept progressively more responsible assignments across the U.S. landscape.
