Accountabilities: Actively engage with BCBSMN pharmacy team and PBM clinical team in design and coordination of clinical programs including formulary management and utilization management. Provide assistance with PBM oversight. Lead projects related to disease and case management, patient safety, and clinical outcomes. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of clinical programs. Actively engage in special projects related to drug management activities. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Hold a GPA of 3.0 or above on a scale of 4.0 Completed at least the first year of pharmacy coursework Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to prioritize and support a variety of projects Nice to Have: Previous managed care or internship experience helpful but not necessary Make A Difference Blue Cross is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer that values diversity.
