Accountabilities: Actively engage with BCBSMN pharmacy team and PBM clinical team in design and coordination of clinical programs including formulary management and utilization management. Provide assistance with PBM oversight. Lead projects related to disease and case management, patient safety, and clinical outcomes. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of clinical programs. Actively engage in special projects related to drug management activities. Other duties as assigned.
