Description We are seeking a diligent and proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota, United States. This role primarily focuses on enhancing people experiences within the organization. Your main duty will be to coordinate HR activities, ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires, maintaining up-to-date employee records, conducting regular check-in meetings, and managing employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities: • Schedule and monitor company-wide employee engagement activities. • Assist in creating an enriching new permanent onboarding experience and ensure its smooth functioning. • Conduct new permanent orientations, providing all necessary information and guidance to new employees. • Administer recognition programs, confirming accuracy and facilitating receipt of awards. • Ensure all paperwork for new employees is completed and received by Human Resources in a timely manner. • Conduct regular check-in meetings with employees at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals. • Maintain metrics related to onboarding, check-ins, and engagement activities. • Provide support for other HR duties as required by the business. • Manage employee discount programs and maintain vendor relationships for employee programs. • Maintain employee files and the HR filing system. • Coordinate changes to content of HR information on the organization's internal systems and website. • Assist with company-wide HR communications. • Act as a backup to the Receptionist when necessary. Requirements • Demonstrated ability in onboarding procedures • Experience with employee engagement strategies • Skilled in conducting new permanent orientations • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations • Proficient in using HR software and digital tools • Excellent leadership and team management abilities • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
