About the Role As an Enterprise Architect, you will: Facilitate Architecture Standards: Spearhead the establishment of architecture standards, focusing on cloud-native technologies to streamline application team efforts and ensure consistency. Drive Adoption of Documentation: Lead the effort to create and promote architecture documentation, fostering a common understanding of the application landscape and facilitating the adoption of best practices. Explore General AI (GenAI) Solutions: Evaluate General AI options to provide tailored guidance to application teams, enhancing decision-making and efficiency. Optimize Architecture Toolset: Continuously assess and improve the enterprise architecture toolset to ensure efficiency and innovation. About You You're a fit for the role of Enterprise Architect if your background includes: Change Agent: Demonstrated experience as an empathetic and effective change agent, driving continuous improvement and excellence. Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-changing, and innovative environment. Stakeholder Management: Ability to earn trust and drive consensus across different stakeholder groups. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels of the organization. Ownership and Accountability: Take ownership, acting with accountability and urgency in delivering results. Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, proficiency in driving architecture documentation approaches, and experience with establishing and running governance bodies within large organizations.
