Aerotek Bindery Operator in Eagan, Minnesota

Description:

Position: Bindery Operator (Direct Placement)

  • Responsible for performing set-up tasks, monitoring the equipment and troubleshooting

2nd Shift Hours: 2:30PM-10:30PM (Monday-Friday)

  • Occasional overtime up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shifts

Pay Range: $22-$28/HR (DOE)

Job Duties:

•Reviewing job specifications for material and set-up requirements

•Monitoring the equipment and product quality; obtaining maintenance support for equipment as needed

•Performing simple to moderately complex trouble-shooting related to product or equipment

•May use computer-based workflows applications to manage files

•Accurately documenting activities on Tier Boards and in relevant systems (MII, SAP), i.e., material usage, equipment issues, etc

•May perform feeding, catching off, stacking, bundling or physical inventory cycle count activities

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience working with production machinery

  • Basic Math & Reading & Computer skills
