  • Develop account plans for all Business Lines: Equipment, Aftermarket. Technology, Contracted Services, while building successful relationships with key customers across the sales area

  • Identify potential business partners and channels in local markets and collaborate effectively with our technical support to maintain customer satisfaction and productivity

  • Monitor and control sales as well as commercial aspects in the context of tenders

  • Monitor and accelerate business opportunities within the commercial & technical teams to deliver rapid response, accurate technical appraisal and best possible suggestions to the customer to maximize profit likelihood

  • Close cooperation with our value-added resellers, agents and other partners, for product delivery management, product quality, parts supply, service level and other product and service requirements

  • Develop growth opportunities for the Harsco product lines in Africa with existing- and new products

  • Collecting and analyzing market data for monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Harsco Management

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or business administration with a technical background

  • Three to five years of sales experience at least in similar complex and long-term projects

  • Excellent English (and region local language) skills is a must

  • Excellent communication, and organizational skills

  • Flexibility and ability to travel

  • Very good English, French and Arabic skills in spoken and written, any additional language is nice to have
