Your Contribution

Generates G Code Programs for CNC Machines in CAD Software Able to model fixtures based on the direction of Engineers/Supervisors Able to set up machines for Operators on the floor for jobs Has basic scientific/engineering knowledge required to execute non-routine engineering tasks related to projects and customer support with close supervision of an engineer/manager Is able to conduct training on the use of all instrumentation/equipment within a specified area Ability to follow procedures and to utilize supplied mathematical formulations to obtain measurements and results Collects and analyzes data utilizing a variety of test equipment and instrumentation Conducts non-routine tests and experiments to develop products and processes Assures equipment is operating properly and is able to perform routine maintenance Maintains records of all results in an orderly and established manner Reports data and information to appropriate personnel within the organization to influence a variety of production, quality, sales and research decisions.  These reports can be oral and/or written as specified by their supervisor Responsibility for maintaining appropriate levels of supplies required for the operation of equipment within a specified area Identifies improvement measures related to processes, tests and experimental procedures and makes suggestions on how to improve such activities to improve efficiency (to the Manager/Engineer) Modifies and/or updates procedures as required Able to prepare/organize data in graphs, spreadsheets, charts Performs other duties as assigned

Your Profile

High School Degree required.  Engineering degree is preferred. 5-10 Years in manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC programming required.  Familiarity with HAAS controllers preferred Detailed Math, Geometry, and Trigonometry and Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
