They will provide an exceptional service that will exceed the Guest's expectations, while selling show related merchandise. Passion for interacting with Guests of all ages. • Works well in a team environment and to achieve shared goals. • Able to handle tasks accurately under time pressure. • Can communicate effectively with a diverse audience. • Perform quick, accurate and effective till transactions that enhance a seamless Guest experience. • Respond to Guests needs in a friendly, proactive and timely manner. • Maintain neat and organized kiosks so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment, always ensuring accuracy. • Manage time effectively and efficiently. • Supports core values of "People, Experience, Revenue and Brand", through inspiring communication, integrity and passion. • Must be able to stand for multiple hours and lift boxes up to 40lbs. • Retail/Service experience preferred but not essential.
Experience working in Retail. • Experience with cash handling
Candidates must have great communication skills and a very friendly personality as this is customer facing and high volume. Quick learner who can be trained on the retail/cash handling duties. Must be able to stand for hours and lift boxes up to 40 lbs. Dress code is black shoes, black pants. They will provide a shirt to wear.
Candidate should be available for 3-4 shifts per week and at least 1 weekend matinee. • Candidate must be available for mandatory orientation/training • Total number of shifts per candidate depends on personal performance and business needs. • There is no guarantee for hours. The schedule will be issued after orientation. • Final hiring decision will be made after meeting candidates in person on orientation day. • Parking is not provided. Interview process will consist of pre-recorded video candidate answering 3 screening questions.
