Here’s the Gist :

Lead a dynamic, execution based operations team.  Create and implement strategy to drive quality, cycle time and productivity improvements across the Manufacturing organization.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Facilitate discussion on daily execution priorities
  • Direct Supervision of 2nd level managers in Operations, IE, and Planning departments
  • Review and provide guidance on critical continual improvement projects
  • Develop next generation of leaders for continual growth at Wolfspeed
  • Work across teams and organizations to identify strategic improvements, resource needs, and execution plans

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Semiconductor wafer fab operations
  • Competitive Drive for continual improvement
