What will you do?

  • Maintain the production lines running, solving problems that jeopardize production goals.

  • Active participation on multidisciplinary teams to solve line barriers.

  • Support on improvement activities arising from the rewards program.- Active participation on KAIZEN events. (as leader, participant, or task performer)- Support of Value Stream Map activities.- Investigation of quality issues, & customer complaints to make a more robust processes.- Generation of savings projects.- Follow-up to standardization of best practices.- Line balancing & actions to improve productivity.

How will you do it?

  • Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5 S’s Methodology knowledge and or implementation.- Tools for analysis and problem solving.- Time and movement studies.- Projects management.

  • Collaborating with suppliers on improvements.- Process mapping.- Support SGI (ISO9001-ISO14001-ISO4500)

What we look for?

  • Engineering or equivalent- 3 to 5 years of experience- Experience in the manufacturing/ assembly industry- Advanced English- Lean manufacturing tools knowledge (hands on)- Knowledge of AutoCAD.

  • Line balancing & actions to improve productivity.
