Works with insurance companies relative to appropriate authorizations to assure payment for services. Demonstrates knowledge of Federal and New York State Regulations with regards to scope of practice. Maintain current knowledge of payor policies, as well as Evaluation and Management Services Guidelines. Maintains electronic medical records by charting as appropriate, for continuity of patient care. Completes all required documentation completely, accurately, within required timeframes.
