71773BRAuto req ID:71773BRDepartment:34737 - Cass Chem Dependency Clinic Job Description:Responsible for program development planning and evaluation for all SUD services;Responsible for the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures;Responsible for hiring, professional development, progressive discipline, and termination of department staff with the approval of the Vice President of Behavioral Health and Practice Management;Takes corrective action when deficiencies occur regarding the provision of SUD Services;Responsible for management of profitability and losses of services lines and in the development of program budgets;Assures that Quality Assurance and Utilization Review practices are carried out in the department; Assures that incidents are investigated and corrective action is taken; Assures the integrity of the facility and programs; Is responsible for community and public relations;Acts as a liaison to governmental agencies in ensuring program compliance with OASAS, DNV, and Health Department Regulations.Location:Brooks Memorial Hospital Recruiter:Vanessa BorowiakTitle:Director of Substance Use Disorder ServicesMinimum or Preferred Qualifications:A minimum of a BS or BA in Human Services or related area plus a CASAC and Clinical Supervision Training - Master’s Degree plus CASAC preferred.
