Adecco is currently assisting a client in Duncan SC in their search for a Maintenance Team Leader. This is a permanent, full time role, and a great career opportunity with FANTASTIC benefits (listed below!).

In this job you will:

  • Supervise and train maintenance employees.

  • Evaluate and recommend necessary changes and updates to technical equipment and procedures.

  • Plan and follow thru all maintenance activities.

  • Ensure that maintenance of equipment preventative maintenance schedules are prepared and adhered to.

  • Implement activities for cost savings and better machine and secondary equipment utilization.

  • Assist with escalations and special projects as needed.

  • Each employee is responsible for his/her personal performance and how said performance impacts the environment, safety, and data security.

  • Managers and supervisors are also responsible for the quality of his/her team's performance and how said performance impacts the environment, safety, and data security.

  • This principle of comprehensive quality management is developed and furthered through training (on the job), continuing/ extended education, as well as continued supply of information and updates, and should be exemplified by supervisors on every level.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Experience:

  • Ten years of maintenance knowledge and management in related fields.

  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred.

  • Experience with two-shot injection molding preferred.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $43.00 per hour
