    A Day in the Life at the Mobile Shop as a Lead Mobilist:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Mobilists to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities as a part of your daily responsibilities.

  • Provide ongoing training, coaching and development to Mobilists to improve their skills, product knowledge and customer service abilities.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Mobilists, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.

  • Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Overseeing inventory levels and implementing a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.

  • Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

  • Adhering to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs and financial performance.

  • Adhoc duties and tasks as required.
