What you will be doing:

  • Review and analyze contract documents

  • Coordinate with internal customers to ensure documentation complies with company policies

  • Review and process customer changes

  • Track timeframe of start of construction, and coordinate with all parties to ensure proper lumber arrives at the jobsite

  • Prepare pre-start documentation for construction team

Qualified applicants have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, 365 and One Note is a plus

  • Exceptional customer relations when working with both internal and external customers

  • Ability to work both independently and with an administrative team

  • Organization skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Sales, settlement, loan or appraisal processing experience in Real Estate or Homebuilding, preferred

  • Typing speed of 50 wpm or 250 cpm
